Recital Tickets on Sale Now
Tickets for this year’s BSD Recital on Sunday, May 1st at the Latchis are now available for purchase! Tickets are $10 each and are general admission. Performers do not need to purchase a ticket, nor do lap babies if they will not be sitting in a seat. You can purchase tickets by cash or check (to Brattleboro School of Dance) at the BSD front desk Monday through Friday from 3:30-6:30pm or on Saturdays from 9am-12pm. No Back Door For A Month or More
Until further notice, the back entrance to BSD, on Green Street extension, is inaccessible due to the construction project on the retaining wall. The only exceptions are for use as a fire escape or for wheelchair access. The only access to the building is now the front entrance on High Street and the stairs. It will hopefully only be a month or two. Sorry for the inconvenience.

No Pilates Class 3/7
Due to instructor absence, there will be no pilates class Monday, 3/7. Jane has scheduled a make-up class for Monday, April 18th during the spring break.

Classes cancelled Wednesday 2/24
Due to the winter weather, Brattleboro School of Dance is closed Wednesday, February 24th. Students will receive an absence that can be used as a make-up in any age and level appropriate class. Make-ups must be used by the end of the term, but are transferable to immediate family members within the same household.

Need an activity for your kids over the winter carnival week? Check out our dance camp from 9-12 daily. Kids ages 3 – 7 will explore creative dance, hip hop and more through games, classes and projects. Drop-in for one day, or get a deal on the whole week! $125 for half days full week (9am-12pm) $30 Single Day half day (9am – 12pm)
Weather Cancellation Monday February 8th
Due to the snow storm expected this afternoon, all classes are cancelled Monday, February 8th. Students will received an absence which can be used as a make-up class in any age and level appropriate class throughout the spring session. Make-ups are also transferable to any immediate family member within the same household. Today’s classes will not be rescheduled. Rehearsals for this evening are also cancelled. Please be safe!

Spring Show Auditions 1/24 & 1/23
On Sunday, January 24th, we will be holding auditions at the studio for our spring show from 4 – 6pm, with registration beginning at 3:30pm. Students in their second year of Ballet IV, Youth level and teen/adult level classes are all welcome to attend.
The auditions for Nan’s children’s piece will be on Saturday, January 23rd, at 12pm. The children’s piece is open to dancers in children’s classes levels 1 – 4, including Children’s Ballet IV.
Please bring your calendars! No pre-registration is required. The Spring Show is scheduled to take place at New England Youth Theatre May 20th, 21st, and 22nd, 2016!
